Spreadsheet Database to Manage Your Marketing Collateral
Use this spreadsheet to ensure your marketing collateral is up-to-date and well distributed. (Download link at bottom.)
The Marketing Collateral Management Toolkit features three tabs:
- Collateral Manager
- Drop-Down List
In this tab, you will list every piece of content that you can find and complete the cells provided to the best of your ability. For example, you may list “Pricing Sheet” with a status of “Outdated”, which is owned by John. Distribution may be targeted for Website, Sales, Portal and Desktops.
Other collateral can be things like, “About Us” page, Brochures, Data Sheet, etc.
The Report tab allows you to “slice and dice” the data you gathered, and also to report your key findings to your team. This tab offers a Collateral Report, a Content Freshness Index Report, Status Report, and Usage Report, all of which have corresponding full-color graphs.
This tab is where you may configure this tool by editing the lists. Changes in this tab will be saved in all the tabs.
This is where you may change or update the names of your collateral, status names and usage names.
